Help Page List

Use this page to quickly access any of the help pages or online documents used in the online help. Use the Help Index page to visually navigate through the main components of the system.

Note: When referring to a module, this is always a menu item on the left hand side of the Escendency control panel (e.g. 'Stategy Map') or within the tools tab. When referring to a tab this is always a tab on the top of the control panel page (e.g. 'Dashboard').

Note: Because of the large number of reports, report help is accessed separately from the Report table of contents (also under 'cpReports' in the list below).

Access Levels (and User Groups)	Access Levels (and User Group) module help page.
Actionplan_help	This page describes the action plan module accessed from the tool menu.
Assessment_help	This page describes the Assessment module accessed from the tool menu.
Change_Password	The 'My Password' module. A user can change their password using this option. User's passwords can be changed by administrators in the Users module.
Control_panel	The control panel help page. Links to help files on all control panel tabs as well as providing an overview of the control panel.
Control Panel: Action Plan	The Action Plan tab help on the control panel (display is user specific).
Control Panel: All Users	The All Users tab help on the control panel (display is user specific).
Control Panel: Dashboard	The Dashboard tab help on the control panel (display is user specific).
Control Panel: Indicators	The Indicator tab help on the control panel (display is user specific).
Control Panel: Reports	The Report tab help on the control panel (display is user specific). Contains an interactive figure used in to access help on all the Escendency reports.
Control Panel: Staff	The Staff tab help on the control panel (display is user specific).
Control Panel: Tasks	The Tasks tab help on the control panel (display is user specific).
Current Value Type	Current Value Type help: Field located in the performance indicator edit window. There are three default value types: Cumulative, Snapshot and Average. This page is added as an extra explanation in the performance indicator help.
Equation Builder	Equation builder help page.
FAQ	A library of frequently asked suppport questions.
Export Target Data	The Export Target Data module help page.
Frontpage	The Navigation help page accessed from the sysem's control panel. From here users can click on tool menu items and control panel tabs for help pages on those subjects.
Glossary	An interactive glossary of terms and definitions used in the Escendency system.
Help	The help on how to use help resources in Escendency. Includes online help, the help desk, telephone support procedures and links to tutorials on system use and set-up.
Help Desk	Accessed from the Help page. Discusses how to use the online ticketing support system.
Index	The Help home page. Accessed from the icon on all the help pages.
Interval	The Interval module help page. Used in setting up additional intervals for performance indicators.
Measurement_Entry	The measurement entry help page, accessed from the task menu (when measurement task present) or from the Glossary.
Organisation	The Organisation module help page.
Performance Indicators	The Performance Indicator module help page.
Performance Indicators: Categories	The PI Categories module help page.
Performance Indicators: Measure Type	The PI Types module help page.
Performance Targets	The performance target help page.
Recalculate Reports	Recalculate Report help page accessed from the System Tools' module.
